Introduction

Policies represent the general framework through which data is managed on the platform, and define the accountability standards for both the data provider and the data user.

Objuctives

This policy aims to enable the reuse and redistribution of government data, taking into account relevant laws and regulations concerning data protection, privacy, and information security. Databases also serve as reference sources for researchers to advance various fields of knowledge.

Data Quality Management Policy

In order to comply with standards of data accuracy, completeness, validity, reliability, and accessibility, the data presented has been verified to meet standards of quality, performance, and usability, as outlined in the following appendix.

Schedule publication and update

To ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reusability of information, a systematic and organized mechanism for data dissemination must be followed.

Monthly data such as expenses, employment

Annual

Annual data such as central statistics, census

Amendments and periodic reviews
  • This policy is reviewed at least annually to ensure it remains relevant to technical or legal changes
  • Any policy changes will be announced on the National Open Government Portal
